Seats and rooms are blocked in your name. Balance follows the schedule in your quote. - 4. Travel with live support
Delays, swaps, extra nights — one WhatsApp thread handles it all until you fly home.
Straight answers
- Why book with a local operator instead of a big portal?
Portals sell fixed departures with call-centre support. We live in Port Blair: we rebook your ferry when seas turn rough, swap a hotel the same evening if a room disappoints, and answer on WhatsApp in minutes — including while you travel. - How do private ferries work in our packages?
Inter-island seats on Makruzz, Nautika or Green Ocean class vessels are pre-booked and bundled into your package price as an itemised line. You never queue at jetties or race the STARS portal — transfers at both ends are arranged. - How are your prices calculated?
Every package page shows the full maths: hotel nights, transport, cruises, activities, service charge (11%) and GST (5% on service). The total you see is the total you pay — no hidden fees, no last-day surprises. - Do you provide GST invoices? Can I claim LTC?
Yes. Every booking gets a proper GST invoice, and our itemised land packages suit central-government LTC claims — many guests book specifically for that. - How does booking work? Do I pay online?
There is no online payment on this site. You enquire on WhatsApp, we confirm availability and share a written quote with payment terms, you confirm with a token advance, and the balance follows the schedule in your quote. Nothing is charged silently, ever. - What happens if a ferry is delayed or cancelled?
Weather delays happen in the islands. Because we are local, we rebook you on the next sailing, rearrange that day's sightseeing, and keep your hotels aligned — you just follow the updated plan we send on WhatsApp.
